To provide operational support for all new hire processes, including onboarding queries, coordination/communication with new joiners, processing documents for government formalities, coordinating joining formalities (hotel booking, e-ticket, corporate induction), and advising on policies and labor laws in collaboration with LM’s, HRBPs, and stakeholders across MENA countries under Al Futtaim Group.
