An established Australian early learning organisation in Dubai is seeking a Female HR Advisor to provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role involves drafting job advertisements, managing applications, conducting screenings, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors. This opportunity offers international HR exposure within an international team.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ HR generalist/advisory experience.
  • Familiarity with Australian workplace standards desirable.

About the Role

We are seeking a Female HR Advisor to join our Dubai team at i9 SoftTech. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of People & Culture in Australia, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to gain international HR exposure while contributing to the success of an established Australian early learning organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and place job advertisements across online portals and recruitment platforms.
  • Manage, review, and organise all online applications.
  • Conduct initial screening via phone, social media, and credential checks.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and management.
  • Manage end-to-end reference checking.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Track performance reviews, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide day-to-day HR advisory support.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and policy updates.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Australian workplace standards.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Female candidate, currently based in Dubai/UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (strongly preferred).
