Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads and attending interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records in both paper and digital formats.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies throughout the organization.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and accurately.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and provide information about them to staff.
  • Organize and manage HR events such as training sessions and workshops.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data and information to payroll processors.
