Job description

This opportunity is with a company into diversified businesses based in UAE The HR Admin will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive workplace environment and supporting our workforce effectively. Payroll & HR Administration • Manage the payroll process for contract employees to ensure timely and accurate payments. • Oversee timesheet collections, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups from clients. • Ensure proper management of statutory deductions such as gratuity and end-of-service benefits. Process Improvement & Automation • Identify gaps in operational processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency. • Work on automating key operations such as timesheet submissions, invoice management, and employee onboarding. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes. Vendor & Supplier Management • Manage relationships with external vendors such as payroll providers, insurance companies, and visa service providers. • Negotiate contracts with third-party and assist in the organization of employee events and activities. Perform other HR-related tasks as assignees to reduce costs and improve service quality. Reporting & Performance Metrics • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, contract renewals, payroll accuracy, and client satisfaction. • Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting successes, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • 2 + years of experience in HR administration or a similar role. • Strong understanding of HR practices and UAE employment laws. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality. • Looking for candidates available immediately
