Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role will assist with HR documentation, employee records, recruitment coordination, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and digital filing systems
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and exit documents
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates as needed
  • Support in tracking attendance, leaves, and HR-related reporting
  • Help organize and document HR-related meetings, training, and events
  • Prepare letters, memos, and HR-related correspondence
  • Ensure all employee files and documentation comply with internal procedures and labor regulations
  • Assist with employee inquiries and act as a liaison between employees and the HR department
  • Support HR team with various administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
