Job description

• Manage all employee immigration processes through MOHRE , GDRFAD and ICA platforms, ensuring timely renewals, cancellations, and approvals in compliance with UAE regulations.

• Oversee daily HR operations including updating employee records, maintaining databases, and preparing daily and monthly administrative reports.

• Draft official letters and emails for office staff and government correspondence as required.

• Provide support and information to colleagues, management, and external parties to facilitate smooth communication.

• Manage employee medical insurance procedures by enrolling new employees, updating dependents, and liaising with insurance providers.

• Ensure HR documents comply with internal quality standards and company policies.

• Organize internal meetings and prepare presentations as needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data and HR matters.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools daily for reporting, documentation, and team communication.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for understanding HR principles.
