International Corporate Bank is currently undergoing expansion in their Middle East headquarters. Our client is one of the largest banking organizations around the globe, supported by a strong balance sheet and growing profits.
They require the services of an HR & Administration Officer.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Assist in establishing the daily procedures for the HR and Administration departments, in line with local and Head Office policies and procedures.
- Review and formulate policies and procedures for the HR/Administration department to enhance effectiveness.
- Prepare staff contracts, job confirmations, resignations, terminations, etc. Brief and orient new staff on bank policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing training and development initiatives, including on-the-job training, department-specific training, management development, and onboarding for new hires.
- Assist in planning and implementing programs, procedures, and guidelines to align staff with the bank’s strategic goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation strategies and structures aligned with bank objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems.
- Handle visa application processes and follow-ups for employees.
- Prepare staff monthly payroll.
Language Requirements:
- Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
- English - Very Good
Additional Requirements:

Job Skills:
- An undergraduate degree, preferably in human resource management or banking.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a banking or financial services organization.
- Knowledge of the UAE local market is preferred.
- Broad knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
- Positive attitude towards delivering quality work for staff and management.
- Bilingual candidates are generally preferred.
