Job Title: HR & Administration Manager

Responsible to lead and manage all company admin activities.
Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Leads and supervises execution of all legal documentation (visa, etc.) with PRO and ensures joining of employees as per the plan.
Conducts induction and onboarding training for all employees and signs off with job description and roles of the employee.
Monitors accommodation, camp policies, HSE, etc. as applicable.
Continuously updates HR policies and procedures in line with the legal changes and business requirements and communicates the same to employees.
Monitors and ensures completion of probation appraisals and communication to employees.
Implements performance management system as per the policy of the company.
Monitors employee attendance, consolidates attendance and OT, and submits all relevant data for salary processing.
Listens to employee grievances and redresses them as per the policy of the company. Ensures full employee discipline to adhere to company policies.
Prepares a training calendar in consultation with the department heads and ensures adherence to the same.
Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.
Identifies loopholes in the system and suggests improvements to ensure employee health and safety.
