A leading UAE-based company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily operations and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in HR, a strong grasp of UAE Labour Law, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing payroll, ensuring compliance, and supporting various operational tasks related to the business. Experience in F B and trademark/IP matters is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations, including payroll processing
Provide recruitment support and ensure smooth hiring processes
Track licenses, permits, and other administrative tasks
Coordinate with operations team on HR-related requirements
Implement performance management systems
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Support the owner with tasks related to F B operations
Handle trademark and IP matters, including registrations and renewals
Understanding of trademark and IP laws
Experience with insurance claims (desirable)
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Qualifications
8-10 years of HR experience in a managerial role
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Familiarity with F B operations (advantageous)
