A digital health innovator providing cloud-based solutions to improve healthcare access, connectivity, and quality worldwide.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Admin - UAE to support key HR and administrative tasks. This role involves handling onboarding/offboarding, payroll, visa processing, audits, legal support, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor laws and government procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle payroll management and documentation
  • Coordinate with government authorities for visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota requests
  • Support overseas HR operations as needed
  • Assist in audit preparation and compliance
  • Provide basic legal support in employee conflict and dispute matters
  • Maintain and organize bid documentation
  • Oversee insurance policy renewals and assist with negotiations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years prior experience in HR and administrative roles in the UAE
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and government portals
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently and efficiently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Part-Time 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, 5 days a week)

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Shift: Mostly day shift but can be flexible depending on the work.
