BlackStone eIT is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR functions, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth HR process for employees and management alike. Your organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality will be key in creating a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and benefits administration
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions
  • Compile and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee files
  • Provide administrative support to HR team members as needed
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs
  • Help facilitate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
