Job description

To provide administrative support to the whole team, manage complete coordination in an effective and efficient manner and to ensure excellent client and customer management. As an Administrator, you would be responsible for sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing potential job candidates, handling client inquiries, maintaining administrative systems, generating MIS reports, arranging meetings, and handling advertising of job positions.

You would also be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including processing paperwork, ordering supplies/forms, filing, maintaining office equipment, answering telephones, conducting preliminary screening of interested candidates, running reports, and collating information.

Payroll & HR Administration

  1. Manage the payroll process for contract employees to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  2. Oversee timesheet collections, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups from clients.
  3. Ensure proper management of statutory deductions such as gratuity and end-of-service benefits.

Vendor & Supplier Management

  1. Manage relationships with external vendors such as payroll providers, insurance companies, and visa service providers.
  2. Negotiate contracts with third parties.
  3. Assist in the organization of employee events and activities.
  4. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned and improve service quality.

To be successful you would ideally possess 4-5 years of administration experience from a HR Consulting background. Ideally looking for candidates who can start immediately.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
• Discreet, trustworthy, and a team player
