Job Description

We seek an experienced HR Generalist with minimum 2 years of UAE experience to manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, and HR best practices in the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
  • Process visas, work permits, and Emirates ID in compliance with UAE regulations
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions per UAE labor law
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management using HRIS systems
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE regulations
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and WPS compliance
  • Liaise with PRO, MOHRE, and freezone authorities for HR matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years HR experience in UAE (Dubai experience preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE regulations, and freezone policies
  • Experience with visa processing, WPS payroll, and HR documentation
  • Proficiency in HR software (Bayzat, SAP HR, Oracle HCM preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD/SHRM certification is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in engineering/construction industry
  • Knowledge of Tawafuq services and Dubai immigration portals
  • Ability to handle multi-national workforce
