Rixos Hotels Gulf is seeking a proactive maintenance professional to service and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and household appliances within its hospitality properties. The role covers multi-skilled tasks across accommodation and common areas, with emphasis on reliability and professional task execution.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality settings, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring high standards

• Proven hands-on experience in multi-skilled maintenance, preferably in staff accommodation, residential buildings, or hospitality.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle different maintenance tasks independently.
• Responsible, reliable, hardworking, and well-organized.
• Able to respond to maintenance requests and complete tasks professionally.

• AC & HVAC: Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing air-conditioning systems.
• Electrical Works: Professional knowledge of switches, sockets, lighting, wiring, electrical troubleshooting, and main electrical panel maintenance.
• Plumbing Works: Handling water leakages, pipe repairs, drainage issues, water heater installation, fixing and replacement, and other plumbing-related maintenance.
• Home Appliances: Repair and maintenance of washing machines, refrigerators, cookers, ovens, and other household appliances.
• Carpentry Works: Repairing and fixing beds, bedside tables, doors, cabinets, wardrobes, and other furniture.
• Painting Works: Basic painting, touch-ups, and surface repairs.
• General Maintenance: Ability to handle various maintenance tasks independently and professionally.
