Ennismore in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair AC, electrical, plumbing, and household equipment across a hospitality setting. You will diagnose faults, perform proactive upkeep, and ensure guest comfort and safe operations.

Candidates with hands-on maintenance experience in staff accommodation or hotels can expect a dynamic role requiring reliability, problem-solving, and the ability to manage diverse tasks independently.

Job Description

AC & HVAC: Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing air-conditioning systems.

Electrical Works: Professional knowledge of switches, sockets, lighting, wiring, electrical troubleshooting, and main electrical panel maintenance.

Plumbing Works: Handling water leakages, pipe repairs, drainage issues, water heater installation, fixing and replacement, and other plumbing-related maintenance.

Home Appliances: Repair and maintenance of washing machines, refrigerators, cookers, ovens, and other household appliances.

Carpentry Works: Repairing and fixing beds, bedside tables, doors, cabinets, wardrobes, and other furniture.

Painting Works: Basic painting, touch-ups, and surface repairs.

General Maintenance: Ability to handle various maintenance tasks independently and professionally.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience in multi-skilled maintenance, preferably in staff accommodation, residential buildings, or hospitality.
