Job Description
  1. Accommodation Management:
  2. Ensure staff accommodation security and adherence to policy.
  3. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and asset integrity.
  4. Supervise external contractors and staff allocation.
  5. Administration, Maintenance, & Security:
  6. Record keeping and room allocation.
  7. Equipment and amenity provision.
  8. Liaison with contractors for maintenance.
  9. Ensure security protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
  10. Cleanliness & Inventory:
  11. Maintain high cleanliness standards.
  12. Manage linen inventory and conduct room inspections.
  13. General Responsibilities:
  14. Uphold company standards and promote positive relations.
  15. Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  16. Adhere to rules and regulations, fostering a cohesive work environment.
  17. Occasional Responsibilities:
  18. Assist in activities and events.
  19. Assist in training and development.
  20. Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
  21. Legal and Standard Compliance:
  22. Ensure standards required by law and management are maintained at all times in the specified areas.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry preferred.
