Job Description
  • Accommodation Management:
    • Ensure staff accommodation security and policy compliance.
    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and asset integrity.
    • Supervise external contractors and staff allocation.
  • Administration, Maintenance, & Security:
    • Record keeping and room allocation.
    • Manage equipment and amenities.
    • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance.
    • Ensure security protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Cleanliness & Inventory:
    • Maintain high cleanliness standards.
    • Manage linen inventory and conduct room inspections.
  • General Responsibilities:
    • Uphold company standards and promote positive relations.
    • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Follow rules and regulations to foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Occasional Responsibilities:
    • Assist with activities and events.
    • Support training and development initiatives.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to legal and management standards in all areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
