An international hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader, preferably female, to assist in managing the housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, and strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Housekeeping Team Leader assists the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including training and supervising attendants.
Ideally holds a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
