Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Conduct daily briefings and allocate tasks to team members based on occupancy and operational needs.

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.

Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Train and mentor team members to enhance skills, efficiency, and adherence to property standards.

Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal usage and timely requisition.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and regulations.
