EFS Facility Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader (Male/Female) to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across client sites in Abu Dhabi. The role requires supervising attendants, inspecting sites, and allocating tasks to ensure high standards.

You will lead shifts, prepare rosters, conduct safety talks, and ensure proper use of chemicals while maintaining health and safety compliance. The position is full-time with visa and relocation benefits as described.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in housekeeping operations (hospital), with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong English communication; Hindi or Arabic a plus.
• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping attendants on shifts.
• Inspect rooms, corridors and washrooms to ensure quality and hygiene.
• Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance, assign work zones.
• Conduct daily briefings and on-the-job training for team members.
• Monitor cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure safe chemical handling and adherence to HSE standards.
• Handle client queries and escalate maintenance issues to Facility Manager.

About the Role

EFS Facility Services is hiring experienced Housekeeping Team Leaders (Male & Female) to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across client sites in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will supervise housekeeping attendants, inspect site cleanliness, allocate tasks, and ensure high hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping attendants on assigned shifts.
• Inspect designated areas, rooms, corridors, and washrooms to ensure quality, hygiene, and client standards.
• Prepare daily staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and assign work zones.
• Conduct daily shift briefings, basic safety toolbox talks, and on-the-job training for team members.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and housekeeping machinery; report shortages.
• Ensure proper use and dilation of cleaning chemicals and adherence to health and safety (HSE) standards.
• Handle routine client queries and report major maintenance or facility issues to the Facility Manager.

Requirements

• Open to both Male and Female candidates.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations (Hospital), including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior attendant role.
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management abilities.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and hygiene protocols.
• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity.
