Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ras Al Khaimah for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and coordinate with the customer service team to address guest needs. Responsibilities include leading and training the housekeeping team, conducting inspections, managing inventory, and maintaining effective communication with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Supervision: Oversee daily operations of the inflatable rental business; ensure all games are in proper working condition before delivery; supervise the team of drivers, helpers, and support staff to ensure tasks are executed effectively.
  • Inventory & Maintenance: Manage the storage of inflatable games to ensure proper organization and protection from damage; conduct regular inspections of all games and equipment to ensure safety and quality; coordinate timely maintenance and repairs, keeping detailed records.
  • Customer Service & Follow-up: Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally; follow up with customers post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business; resolve issues quickly to maintain Marah Inflatable’s reputation.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all inflatables meet safety standards before and during use; train staff on proper installation, dismantling, and safety protocols; maintain records of safety checks and customer guidelines provided.
