Job description

HK Supervisor
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Supervisor to join our team.

What you will be doing:

  • You will support the entire housekeeping team in their work and will pay close attention to detail in order to meet expectations from our esteemed guests and to achieve quality results through consistent service standards.
  • You will ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all public and back areas.
  • You will supervise the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
  • As a departmental trainer, one of your priorities will be to keep consistent efforts towards team skill development as well as refresher training on SOPs.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor / Shift Leader in a 5 Star Hotel, preferably a Resort in the UAE.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a busy schedule.
  • Team player who can get things done while continuously working on team skill development.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills for reporting and related tasks.
