Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives while maintaining hotel standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants
  • Issuing keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants
  • Managing VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms, and taking appropriate actions
  • Attending daily meetings and receiving special instructions
  • Processing check-outs and reporting rooms as vacant
  • Handling special guest requests
  • Inspecting cleaned areas using checklists, ensuring standards are met, and reporting repairs
  • Filling out reports and managing lost and found items
  • Supervising cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells
  • Training and assisting Housekeeping Attendants and providing performance feedback
  • Managing inventory and ensuring proper handling and maintenance of equipment
Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Ideal candidates should have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality, with previous supervisory experience in a hotel Housekeeping Department. Strong command of English, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
