Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all staff members understand and adhere to company standards and policies.
  • Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and service levels are maintained.
  • Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide feedback for housekeeping team members.
  • Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure housekeeping operations run smoothly.
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of sanitation and organization in all areas of the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
