- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure health and safety compliance.

Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasksOversee the daily activities of the housekeeping staff including attendants reliever arrangements etc.Provide guidance training and support to ensure the team performs at optimal levels.Schedule and organize work assignments ensuring efficient coverage and timely completion of tasks.Inspect the buildings common areas public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment including requisitions for restocking.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents.Control costs by optimizing staffing levels monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.Prepare and submit regular reports on housekeeping performance including cleanliness scores staff productivity and any relevant issues.Respond to customer complaints and special requests.Participate in tender/bidding for estimations and costing.Address maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department.Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities are maintained to high standardsQualifications :
