Job description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and housemen.
• Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure that Room Attendants' trolleys are neat and fully stocked at all times.
• Ensure that all occupied rooms are cleaned.
• Ensure that the Room Attendants fill out their Check Lists room by room and that any remarks are followed up.
• Immediately report any missing items or damages to Housekeeping Manager.
• Train employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency; train staff to become multi-skilled.
• Supervise the employees within the section, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
• Be knowledgeable and continuously update oneself, as well as colleagues within the section, about hotel facilities, activities and promotions and provide accurate information to guests as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree (Advantage - Hospitality Management or related field preferred)
Preferred candidates inside UAE

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within a hotel environment.
• Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate colleagues.
• Collaborate with the front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experience.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to housekeeping operations, including room status, inventory levels, and staff performance.
