Job Description - Housekeeping - Order Taker / Desk Coordinator (HOT0BNFW)

Work Location: Canopy by Hilton Al Seef – Dubai Al Seef Street Dubai

As a Housekeeping-Order Taker, you will be responsible for answering all telephones, dispatching via a 2-way communication system, and generating computerized reports to ensure department compliance with service standards.

What will I be doing?

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling team member and guest requests by delegating to appropriate individuals and following up to meet standards
  • Maintaining the computerized Work Order System, logging, recording, and closing service requests
  • Ensuring vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office through coordination with the Floor Supervisor team
  • Responding to emergency calls, monitoring alarm systems
  • Dispatching crafts to locations, notifying departments and alarm companies as needed
  • Controlling office traffic
  • Presenting a positive, professional, and courteous image to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintaining high-quality standards of the brand
  • Remaining calm and performing essential functions during emergencies
  • Managing guest supplies, requisitions, and lost and found items

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Prior customer service, administrative support, or housekeeping experience

  • Grade school education
