Job summary

Southern Sun Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Co-ordinator to manage rosters, registers, stock takes, guest supply levels, par stocks, maintenance defects, records and deliveries.

You will coordinate needs across areas from front office to contractors, fulfil service requirements promptly with a positive approach, and maintain health, hygiene and the professional appearance of the housekeeping area.

Qualifications

• Matric and tertiary qualification required.
• Good numeracy and English skills.
• At least 2 years' administrative support or housekeeping experience.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all tasks of housekeeping, including rosters, registers, stock takes, guest supply levels, par stocks, maintenance defects, records, orders, deliveries, stationery and operating equipment.
• Coordinate the needs and services of areas related to housekeeping from front office to back office through to contractors and suppliers.
• Fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach.
• Maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the housekeeping area and all who work in it.
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
