Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to keep rooms and public areas clean and well-maintained.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Prepare staff work schedules including vacations, holidays and days off in line with hotel policies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment and furniture; arrange replacements as needed.
• Regularly inspect guest rooms to meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Develop and refine cleaning methods to improve efficiency.
• Keep records of cleaning activities, inspections and staff performance.
• Handle customer complaints about housekeeping professionally.
