Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead the housekeeping team in meeting all organizational standards for cleanliness and safety.
Develop, monitor, and enforce sanitation policies and procedures.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all public areas and guest rooms.
Scheduling staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage for peak periods.
Monitor linen inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained.
