Job summary

Work standard in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure service quality across hotel facilities. The role is based in Abu Dhabi with a monthly salary of 1600 AED and full-time hours.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, inspecting outputs, managing supplies and inventory, training new staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, and addressing guest requests and complaints promptly to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a housekeeping role with a supervisory or management role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assign employees their daily tasks and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, and facilities needed for daily operations.
• Develop schedules for employees that achieves customer service levels while maintaining budget objectives.
• Train new staff on proper cleaning procedures as well as safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and order new items when necessary.
• Manage customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Address customer complaints in a timely manner.
