Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, policies and standards of service.
• Manage the recruitment, training, scheduling, development and evaluation of all housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that the facility meets all relevant health & safety requirements.
• Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy according to set standards.
• Monitor stocks of cleaning supplies, linen and guest amenities.
