Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing a housekeeping team in a hospitality setting, and must be willing to consider immigration to the area.

Position: Housekeeping Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1700 AED per month

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience managing a housekeeping team in a hospitality setting
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large team
3. Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and protocols
4. Ability to multitask and work independently while keeping up with tight deadlines
5. Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining hotel cleaning standards for all areas of the property
2. Supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring all staff adhere to safety protocols
3. Ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked in order to meet the needs of guests
4. Maintaining records of daily activities including cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, staff hours etc.
5. Liaising with other departments such as Maintenance, Front Desk, etc. as needed
