voco Hotels, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a Housekeeping Intern to keep rooms fresh and welcoming for guests after busy days. You’ll help sustain high standards and support the team across day-to-day operations.

You will attend shift briefings, manage trolleys, clean guestrooms, update statuses in the Message Box Application, and respond promptly to guest requests. Training and career development are offered as part of a supportive culture.

Mansioni

• Attend shift briefing, receive room assignments, sign in for keys.
• Keep trolley organized and stocked with linen, supplies, amenities, and cleaning chemicals.
• Clean guestrooms per daily requirements and IHG Way of Clean standards.
• Update room statuses in real time through the Message Box Application.
• Acknowledge and close guest requests and service orders within standards.
• Report defects, damages, or safety hazards to Floor Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of linen rooms, pantries, and public areas.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and training sessions.
