This role involves coordinating daily housekeeping tasks, inspecting properties for cleanliness, and handling maintenance requests. Qualifications

We are a professional short-term rental and property management company dedicated to delivering high standards of hospitality and property care. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Coordinator / Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules and assign tasks to the housekeeping team.
  • Monitor and inspect apartments/properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Handle guest/tenant housekeeping or maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping and maintenance tasks, inventories, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health, and safety regulations.
  • Support the operations team with administrative and on-ground coordination.

Requirements:
