What you will do

  • Answer all housekeeping incoming calls efficiently, directing requests appropriately.
  • Lead special projects to maintain and improve housekeeping services.
  • Schedule room assignments and check staffing levels for the next day.
  • Organize the housekeeping office, ensuring files are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor completion of Traces and Special Requests.
  • Review guest profiles and execute housekeeping requests accordingly.
  • Expedite guest requests promptly and notify management of issues.
  • Record concerns and communicate with management to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Report room and engineering issues and follow protocols to resolve them.
  • Assist with stripping, cleaning, and inspecting rooms as needed.
  • Work harmoniously with room attendants, house attendants, laundry attendants, and foster strong relationships.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set in EmPact.
