Job summary

Bâoli Dubai is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public and back-of-house areas, ensuring the venue always meets Bâoli's standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining public areas such as restrooms, pool deck, cabanas, and guest spaces, as well as back-of-house areas and staff facilities. You will restock supplies and respond promptly to spills during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or public area attendant role within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality venues.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume, fast-paced periods.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas including restrooms, pool deck, cabanas, and guest-facing spaces throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in back-of-house areas, including staff facilities and storage spaces.
• Restock supplies (toiletries, towels, cleaning materials) in public and cabana areas as needed.
• Respond promptly to spills, breakages, or cleanliness issues during service, particularly during high-volume peak periods.
• Manage laundry and linen for cabanas, sunbeds, and service areas where applicable.
• Follow venue cleaning schedules and checklists, ensuring consistent standards throughout the day and night transition.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the relevant department promptly.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
