Job Description
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and welcoming.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the housekeeping supervisor for timely resolution.
- Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals effectively, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
- Change linens, towels, and other amenities, ensuring that each room meets the establishment's high standards.
- Restock housekeeping carts with supplies, maintaining an organized and efficient work area for optimal productivity.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency and quality in room preparation.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning techniques.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed, ensuring that all linens and uniforms are clean and properly stored.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning position, showcasing familiarity with industry standards.
- Certification in hospitality or cleaning services is a plus, demonstrating commitment to professionalism.
- Preferably male candidates due to specific operational requirements and team dynamics.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage for guest communication.
