At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will also manage guest requests. Specific tasks include:

• Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms
• Vacuuming rooms and corridors
• Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and amenities according to company guidelines
• Undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks
• Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily
• Reporting missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensuring replacements or repairs are made
• Ensuring all equipment in guest rooms and work areas is in working condition
• Being environmentally conscious
• Disposing of waste properly
• Managing guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
• Carrying out lost property procedures
• Assisting other departments as needed and maintaining good working relationships
