As a professional in your role, your responsibilities will include:

1. Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas, including changing bed linens, replenishing towels, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
2. Ensuring all room amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition.
3. Reporting any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
4. Following procedures for handling lost and found items.
5. Assisting with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and uniforms.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the uniform room, including sorting, storing, and distributing uniforms to staff.
7. Tracking inventory levels for uniforms and linens and reporting shortages or damages.
8. Adhering to safety and security protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and OSHA regulations.
9. Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
10. Collaborating with team members and departments to ensure efficient housekeeping operations.

Qualifications and experience we look for include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and OSHA regulations.
