Role: Housekeeping Attendant
Ready for a career move and to be part of a dynamic team? We are seeking new talent to play a vital role in our Housekeeping team, working alongside a fantastic group.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive assignment sheets from the Housekeeping office.
- Take note of all guest requests and instructions provided by the HK supervisor.
- Attend communication meetings for your section.
- Ensure proper stock of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, minibar items, and clean linens are arranged on the trolley before starting work.
- Check and note all rooms with a 'MAKE UP' sign.
- Check and respect 'Do Not Disturb' signs before the end of the shift.
- Personally supervise the end-of-day closing of the service area, ensuring all equipment is in place and safe.
- Communicate all relevant information to the next shift or supervisor for smooth operations.
- Report exposed guest valuables to the HK supervisor.
- Follow key issue procedures when entering/leaving guest rooms.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, walls, and bathtubs, checking for hair.
- Replace towels, amenities, and report maintenance issues.
- Remove and replace flowers, wash vases, and place fresh flowers.
- Make beds, clean bedrooms, and restock stationery, matches, and minibar.
- Check for spots or hair on bed linen and remove.

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in hospitality, with 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel.
