The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for the following tasks:

• Servicing daily assigned rooms as per MHI standards.
• Providing helpful, friendly, prompt, and personalized service to guests.
• Attending to all guest requests within 10 minutes.
• Ensuring hygiene, maintenance, and cleanliness of assigned areas to meet hotel standards.
• Managing keys responsibly to ensure safety and security.
• Checking for room discrepancies as per SOP.
• Utilizing resources effectively.
• Maintaining records and following up accordingly.
• Depositing lost and found items at the housekeeping desk on the same day.
• Coordinating with the mini bar team for amenities and in-room services.
• Maintaining equipment, carpets, and fixtures.
• Training the cleaning team and other assigned employees.
• Contributing to team cohesiveness.
• Interacting with guests professionally and pleasantly.
• Handling chemicals correctly and safely.
• Conserving energy and supporting environmental initiatives.
• Adhering to grooming standards.
• Coordinating with engineering, butlers, upholsters, and tailors for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Carrying out inventory of assets.
• Attending training sessions as assigned.

Job Specifications:
