Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to luxury standards. You’ll clean, restock amenities, change linens, and ensure rooms are arranged for guest arrival with discretion and care.

Work in a vibrant Dubai hotel, follow health, safety and sustainability procedures, report maintenance needs promptly, and contribute to a welcoming, pristine environment that reflects Avani’s service culture.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, floors, and other surfaces.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, well-presented, and ready for guest arrival.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally while respecting their privacy and comfort.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged furniture, and equipment defects to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings carefully and follow hotel lost and found procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, cleaning equipment, and supplies in good working condition.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures, including the safe handling and storage of chemicals.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to hotel hygiene and environmental standards.
• Report room status updates and coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Assist with deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, and special housekeeping assignments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms, pantries, and housekeeping storage areas.
• Follow hotel grooming, health and safety, hygiene, and security procedures at all times.
• Support sustainability initiatives by using cleaning materials, water, and other resources responsibly.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
