Responsibilities
  1. Clean and sanitize rooms, public areas, and facilities as per standards.
  2. Replace linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.
  3. Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
  4. Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies daily.
  5. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
  6. Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with health and safety standards.
  7. Follow departmental policies and procedures, including waste disposal protocols.
  8. Respect guest privacy and property while cleaning occupied rooms.
  9. Respond promptly to guest or resident requests for additional services.
  10. Maintain equipment and cleaning tools in proper working condition.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality or residential settings.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling practices.
