Hotel Housekeeping Attendants Responsibilities:

1. Fulfill all accommodation services, including preparing beds, servicing rooms and bathrooms, managing cleaning equipment, disposing of waste, raising maintenance issues, and managing lost property.
2. Respond promptly and politely to guests’ needs and communicate their feedback to relevant staff.
3. Actively participate in a supportive and competent work environment.
4. Maintain the health, hygiene, and professional appearance of accommodation services, equipment, materials, and staff.
5. Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Good numeracy skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Some hotel experience preferred.
