Job description

A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry operations by addressing guest requests, analyzing each request, and delegating tasks among team members to ensure efficient and timely service, thereby providing an exceptional experience for our Guests.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will support the Housekeeping and Laundry teams by delegating daily activities within the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high operational standards in Housekeeping and Laundry, aligned with hotel brand standards
  • Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork
  • Providing excellent guest service
  • Managing room availability and release for guest service in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
  • Controlling department operations, including employee scheduling, master keys, incident logging, and linen and uniform management
  • Checking guest information in CRM daily to meet their preferences and requests timely
  • Requesting flowers for special occasions and providing embroidery for special linen items
  • Managing Lost and Found, donations, and uniform cleaning or repair
  • Coordinating document and personnel movement within the department and managing laundry linen releases and guest laundry services
  • Handling monthly laundry expense reports and provisions
  • Replacing Laundry Attendants during absences
