Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for daily duties as instructed by Supervisors, while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and signing the key log book accurately
  • Cleaning rooms and bathrooms, performing duties such as vacuuming, dusting, wiping furniture, and cleaning fixtures
  • Keeping fire exits and stairways clear of obstructions
  • Reporting any maintenance issues immediately
  • Picking up litter from corridors and pathways
  • Making beds, cleaning sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, and polishing brass and metal fixtures
  • Replenishing bathroom and room supplies
  • Neatly arranging guest toilet articles and spot cleaning carpets as necessary
  • Maintaining cleanliness of guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas
  • Removing Room Service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors
  • Informing valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services
Skills, Qualifications & Experience

A vocational training within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel is preferred. Good command of English is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, caring, dedicated, with good cross-cultural sensitivity, willing to put in extra effort when required, and passionate about serving customers.
