Responsible for thorough cleaning of tenant's apartments comprising of substituting linens/towels, vacuuming, dusting, mopping of the floor, and thorough bathroom cleaning in the apartments.
Providing housekeeping service to occupied offices every day in accordance with AGC procedures.
The housekeeper is in charge of keeping and maintaining the trolley with supplies and equipment before and after the shift.
Cleaning includes emptying ashtrays, all waste paper bins, mopping the balconies, vacuuming the carpet (unobstructed areas), mopping the floors, dusting all furniture, and cleaning the pantry.
Cleaning bathrooms, including bath tiles, bath tub, toilet, wash basin, skirting, and floor.
Report any lost & found items, damage, hazards, repairs, and strangers in assigned areas.
Respond to any projects or requests developed by the housekeeping management team.
Notifies housekeeping and maintenance department for any repairs that need to be done.
Must be very responsive to tenant requests and be able to communicate easily with them in English.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping skills.
Must know and use reasonable care for the safety and security of the tenant.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and multi-task.
Ability to maintain and improve overall quality standards.
