Housekeeper Supervisor

Housekeeper Supervisor (2 positions available, South American or Eastern European preferred).

• Hands-on experience is required; the candidate should be willing to perform cleaning tasks alongside the cleaning staff, not just supervise.

Disinfection is also performed after deep cleaning.

• Able to identify leaks and mold and take immediate action to rectify.
• Will be based in Dubai; however, there will be international assignments.
• Before and after photos must be prepared and shared with the family.
• Must be physically fit; able to clean ceilings using ladders and support housekeeping staff in moving beds and furniture for cleaning.
• Personality: professional and not emotionally driven.
• Characteristics: focused, team-driven, and socially engaging with other staff.
• Advantages: laundry experience.
• Not from a hotel background; preference for candidates with experience in a professional cleaning company.
