Job description

The House Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a private residence, ensuring all household functions run smoothly and meet high standards of hospitality, service, and discretion. A background in luxury hotel management is essential to bring a refined level of service, attention to detail, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage household staff (maids, chefs, drivers, nannies, gardeners, etc.), including scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
  2. Maintain the residence at a five-star hospitality standard, including cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.
  3. Handle budgets, petty cash, expense reporting, and financial planning for household operations.
